Reyes Winery on Main
Friends and family gathered at Newhall’s first rooftop tasting room Thursday to celebrate the grand opening of Reyes Winery on Main.
The Agua Dulce winery’s new location officially opened to the public Friday on Main Street in Newhall, featuring a restaurant on the ground level, wine processing room with a lab on the second level, and tasting room on the roof.
Owner Robert Reyes described it as the “crown jewel,” adding that it’s been a long five years in the making and he’s “very excited to be here and welcome the community.”
Last week, Reyes Winery owner Robert Reyes gave KHTS an insider tour of the new facility in Newhall, which is set to include a glass elevator and ceiling made of repurposed wood from wine barrels.
Reyes Winery has a new location set to open on Main Street in Newhall, planned to have a restaurant, wine processing room and tasting room.
KHTS was given the opportunity to tour the site of the new Reyes Winery location in Newhall, providing residents a glimpse of what is to come in Old Town Newhall this year.
Over the past 10 months, residents and visitors in Old Town Newhall may have noticed a newly-constructed three-story building off of Main Street between 8th and Market Streets, where a dirt lot had previously been.
